You don’t have to use FundsUnity and you can do your claim yourself for free by contacting the bank and the Financial Ombudsman yourself. Here’s a guide on how to do it yourself
1. The Investigation
Our Fraud Investigators will assess your case to see if we can help.
2. The Bank
FundsUnity will prepare your individual case and submit a bespoke report to the bank in order to receive their formal response.
3. FOS
If the bank refuses reimbursement, FundsUnity takes your case to the FOS for an independent review, the final stage determining your refund amount.
